Find known fixes and send staff a useful private support ticket.
Before opening a ticket
- Confirm your installed pack version.
- Read the Known Issues page.
- Record what you expected and what happened.
- Include a crash report or log when available.
Never include passwords, private keys, login tokens, recovery codes, or Discord webhooks.
